A new roadmap of AMD solutions for desktop, published by the site Donanimhaber , provides information on APU that will debut in 2013 in addition to confirming the platform Socket AM3 + as proposed top of the range.

In the end the so-called mainstream APU Richland will replace the proposals Trinity currently present on the market. Will be kept the same socket connection to the motherboard, the FM2, in combination with the family Piledriver CPU core. E 'therefore conceivable that Richland represents an evolution, not a radical change, Trinity also subject to the production technology used: the main innovations are expected in the GPU side, along with some refinements related to architecture HSA.

For proposals entry level find Kabini, APU which will take the place of the Brazos. In this case, the architecture is completely new, with core CPU family Jaguar and integration in a single chip also part of the chipset. For this reason we will use a new socket connection, indicated with the name of FT3.
To close the picture will find the proposals Vishera recently presented in conjunction with motherboard socket AM3 +, it is possible that AMD can offer new versions of these CPUs, known under the trade name of FX, with clock speeds up compared to what's available at the moment but maintaining unchanged the basic architecture.
