Microsoft has released an add-on for SmartGlass which will extend the gaming experience with Horizon Power on devices running Windows 8. The download is free and give you the opportunity to browse an interactive map of Colorado, the scenario in which open-world Forza Horizon is set. At the moment the app is only compatible with Windows 8, but Microsoft provides support in the future to other operating systems.
Players can explore the map on your smartphone or tablet and set of waypoints which are then added to the experience of the main game on the Xbox 360, establishing new routes to be. The map includes the locations of special items and new race events.
