Dead Island Riptide will be released April 23, 2013 in North America and 26 April 2013 in the rest of the world. This is the second episode of the survival shooter developed by Techland.
Riptide will add a new playable character, new skills, new and features multiplayer missions in which we must defend an outpost. The game, as well as the original chapter, is available in formats PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
There will be two versions, the manufacturer announced Deep Silver. Pre-order Edition will include an exclusive package of weapons. The Special Edition Retailers, however, apart from the pack just mentioned, will provide an alternative skin for the characters that will not be possible in other ways. Packshot will also have a different and will only be available at selected retailers, which Deep Silver announce at a later date.
