Update for Apple iOS 6.0.1


Apple has released the first update of its iOS operating system 6, the new version 6.0.1, available as a free update from yesterday, updating a number of bugs including one that prevents the system owners to install update iPhone 5 software via wireless connection.
 
Another bug fixed, this time for professional users, is related to Exchange: If you have set a meeting with several people it was possible that this was deleted from the agenda to all participants when one of the guests opted to decline.
 
Here's the full list of updates implemented in this release: 

  • Fixes a bug That Prevents iPhone 5 from installing software updates wirelessly over the air    
  • Fixes a bug where horizontal lines across the keyboard may be Displayed  
  • Fixes an issue That could cause camera flash to not go off  
  • Improves reliability of iPhone 5 and iPod Touch (5th generation) when connected to Wi-Fi WPA2 encrypted networks  
  • Resolves an issue That Prevents iPhone from using the cellular network in some instances  
  • Consolidated Use the Cellular Data switch for iTunes Match  
  • Fixes a bug Passcode Lock That sometimes allowed access to details Passbook pass from lock screen  Fixes a bug Affecting Exchange meetings
