Most of us see birds sit on the electrical wires and do not
feel electric current the simple anwer of this question is this
Current is always flow from high potential to lower
potential. When the positive and negative wire are in contact the current flow
through it but in case of birds they are sit only in one wire for example if
crow sit in wire they have no contact with the ground or neutral wire that’s
why they can not complete the electric circuit to flow the current in it. You
also see when they touch with the other wire they are die. The reason behind
this is that the crow are now in contact with the negative and positive wire
that’s why current will flow through it and they are die.
